Nettle tops are grilled quickly in bouquets at very high heat and topped with grated Gammel Knas.

Instructions
- Clean the nettles and brush them with a little oil.
- Grill the nettles quickly in small bouquets at very high heat. Make sure the entire nettle gets heat, otherwise you risk the nettles stinging inside the mouth.
- Sprinkle with salt and grate Gammel Knas over.
