Grilled nettles with Gammel Knas

Nettle tops are grilled quickly in bouquets at very high heat and topped with grated Gammel Knas.

  • Nettle tops
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Gammel Knas cheese or other dry cheese

Instructions

  1. Clean the nettles and brush them with a little oil.
  2. Grill the nettles quickly in small bouquets at very high heat. Make sure the entire nettle gets heat, otherwise you risk the nettles stinging inside the mouth.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and grate Gammel Knas over.
