The luxury version of scrambled eggs is made by adding a little whipping cream to 3 eggs.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • a little whipping cream
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • truffle
  • toast

Instructions

  1. Whisk it together with a fork, and add a little salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into a pan with butter, and cook over low heat while continuously stirring.
  2. Take the eggs off the heat when they have the consistency you prefer. I like my scrambled eggs just on the underdone side, but just enough so they hold together.
  3. Serve with plenty of truffle on top, and a simple toast underneath.
