The luxury version of scrambled eggs is made by adding a little whipping cream to 3 eggs.

Instructions
- Whisk it together with a fork, and add a little salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into a pan with butter, and cook over low heat while continuously stirring.
- Take the eggs off the heat when they have the consistency you prefer. I like my scrambled eggs just on the underdone side, but just enough so they hold together.
- Serve with plenty of truffle on top, and a simple toast underneath.
