St. George's Mushroom
St. George's mushroom can be found in early spring. It is found in parks, gardens, woods and churchyards. It is a pale gilled mushroom with a distinctive scent of wet flour that stands in small groups. Often there are both large and small specimens in a group. St. George's mushroom can be found from April to June.
