Foraging of wild plants
Wildfooding supplies wild plants, berries, roots, mushrooms etc. to a number of top-tier restaurants in Denmark – Noma, Amass, AOC, Geranium, Relæ, Barr, Manfreds, Geist, Format, Taller, Molskroen, Alchemist, La Banchina, Mielcke, and Hurtigkarl amongst others.
In general, I forage a mix of everything on the list of plants, in accordance with the season, and with delivery once a week or according to agreement.
I also take pre-orders for the winter season, and deliver when the time is right.
